Arnel Mandal and Hergie Bacyadan lost to their final opponents on Tuesday in in the sanda event.
Mandal lost to top-seed Minh Duc Vu of Vietnam in the men's 52kg division, ending his run that began with a round-of-16 win over Uchit Sharma of India and an upset over second-ranked Aydin Yikilmaz of Turkey in the quarterfinal.
In the semifinals, Mandal beat Sargis Sargsyan of Armenia.
Bacyadan competed in the women's 70kg division, defeating No. 1 Danielle Newsom of the United States in the semifinal round before falling to Maryan Hashemiforoud of Iran.
Divine Wally and Francisco Solis settled for bronze medals.
Wally beat Albina Mambeton of Krygyzstan in the women's 48kg quarterfinals before losing to Shimeng Dai of China.
Solis overcame Hayk Gasparyan of Armenia in the round-of-16, and Hamza Faud Yahia of Jordan in the quarterfinals, before being eliminated by second-seed Ungjim Yun of Korea in the semifinals.
