An injury in his right foot visibly affected Yulo in his landing, incurring deductions in the process.
The 17-year-old Yulo was already in third place after his routine but was later dislodged by eventual gold winner Arsenii Dukhno of Individual Neutral Athletes (ANI), who had 14.333.
Yulo will still have one more event in the horizontal bar final later in the day.

Yulo will be searching for his second medal of the tournament after taking the bronze in the floor on Sunday.
Sol Scott of Great Britain copped the silver medal in the vault with 14.066, and compatriot Evan McPhillips took the bronze with a score of 13.950.
