The Filipina-Japanese shotmaker had three birdies and four bogeys for a share of 25th at 216.
Erika Hara shot a 66 for a 204 total for a four-stroke lead over Sakura Koiwai, who carded a 73.
Sumika Nakasone had the day’s best 65, taking a share of third at 211 with Kokone Yoshimoto (69), Momoko Ueda (70), Lala Anai (70) and Miki Sakai (71).
