BENGALURU, India - Filipino Angelo Que fired his third successive round in the 60s on Saturday to stay in the hunt going into the final round of the US$1.25-million Hero India Open at the Karnataka Golf Association course.
The long-hitting Que, continuing his good form after a Top 10 finish at the Macau Open, followed a pair of 68s with a two-under 69 to be at eight-under 205 with one round left to play in the Asian Tour event.
That was just three shots behind three-day leader Richie Ramsay, who posted a one-under-par 70 for 11-under-par 202 and a narrow one-shot lead over Asian Tour Qualifying School graduate Jaakko Makitalo of Finland.
Que, currently at No. 24 on the Asian Tour money list, had two birdies against two bogeys in the frontline but steadied coming home with a bogey-less 34.
