Chamchoi, who had a couple of near misses last year, looks to take the trophy this time. She starts with Lucy Landicho and amateur Daniella Uy .
Thailand’s Supakchaya Pattaranakrueang has been grouped with Lina de Guzman and amateur Chanelle Avaricio, while Chatprapa Siriprakob, also of Thailand, starts with Eva Miñoza and amateur Marvi Monsalve.
Leading the local charge is Chihiro Ikeda, who tees off with Sarah Henderson of England and amateur Sophia Blanco. Last year’s Sherwood Hills leg winner Sarah Ababa drew Apple Fudolin and amateur Ikuko Ito.
Former Philippine Ladies Open champion Jayvie Agojo plays with Lovelyn Guioguio and amateur Phing Jalares, while Fil-Am Cristina Corpus, winner at Luisita last year, was grouped with amateur Ginelyn Hepoit.
National champion Harmie Constantino drew Anya Tanpinco and fellow amateur Sheryl Villasencio.
Ikeda posted a wire-to-wire triumph at Orchard last month in the circuit organized by Pilipinas Golf Tournaments and backed by Custom Clubmakers, adidas, KZG, Sharp, Summit Mineral Water, Srixon, Champion, TaylorMade and Pacsports.
