KIEFER Ravena, Nash Racela, Gabby Cui, and Jorge Gallent.
What do these four have in common while inside the PBA bubble? They all look forward to playing rounds of golf during their free time.
The four can easily make up an awesome flight that included two former nationally ranked jungolfers in Gallent and Cui.
Naturally, they brought along with them their golf sets as they plan to hit the fairways of nearby Mimosa Golf course, which will be closed to the exclusive use of the league every Monday.
“Nagdala lang ako ng gamit,” said Ravena, the prodigious NLEX guard. “Marami naman sigurong makakalaro dito kahit sino, malibang lang.”

“Of course. It will be good to get out of the hotel for a few hours,” said Cui, team manager of TnT Tropang Giga.
Racela, the new Blackwater head coach, shares that same mindset.
“Hindi naman nakakahiya, di ba. Pampa-relax lang,” he said.
The four also expects the likes of two-time MVP James Yap, Barangay Ginebra coach Tim Cone, and Magnolia deputy Jason Webb to get in the swing of things during the bubble.
But if a friendly competition is held, there’s no doubt Gallent would be ‘the man.’
“Jorge Gallent, ibang level na yun,” said Cui, also team manager of the Gilas Pilipinas team. “Probably the best in the PBA now.”
His corporate work as Assistant Vice President at PLDT/Smart has kept him from playing the game like hedid in the past.
“Wala ng practice, e,” said Cui.
Unlike Gallent.
Just a week before entering the bubble at Clark Freeport, the San Miguel Beer deputy coach scored his seventh career hole-in-one at the 137-yard, 12th hole of the Alabang Country Club. Part of his foursome was the 62-year-old Cone.
Indeed, Gallent is the man.
