Khan reigns supreme in Delhi; Que winds up tied for 31st

RASHID Khan of India beat Siddikur Rahman of Bangladesh in a playoff to win the Asian Tour’s Sail SBI Open on Saturday in India.

Angelo Que fired a closing 71 and wound up in joint 31st spot at four-under 281 at the Delhi Golf Club.

The Filipino shotmaker, who had earlier rounds of 68-72-73, had three birdies on the front nine but suffered back-to-back bogeys on Nos. 10 and 11.

Siddikur missed his putt for birdie on the first extra hole, while Khan tapped in for birdie to the delight of the home crowd.

Khan carded a final-round 71, while Rahman joined him at 18-under 270 after a closing 69.
