JAY Bayron hit an eagle in a bogey-free stint, while Miguel Tabuena also had a near-flawless round to wind up in joint 14th in the Asian Tour’s RW Manila Masters on Sunday at Manila Southwoods.
Bayron, former top earner on the Asian Development Tour, eagled No. 15 on the way to a 64 and a 15-under 273 total.
That was matched by Miguel Tabuena, finishing with a bogey-free 67 by closing with a birdie.
It was a solid week for Bayron, with earlier rounds of 71-68-70.
Tabuena also had a fine run highlighted by an opening-round-67 when he hit nine birdies.

Nicholas Fung of Malaysia, Sam Chien of the US and SSP Chawrasia arranged a playoff after winding up tied at 19-under 269.
Fung carded a closing 63, but Chien’s 65 and Chawrasia’s 66 were enough to force extra holes.
