INSURANCE broker Piers Hughes won low gross honors in the recent Starr in Full Swing 4 Invitational tournament at Sta. Elena after shooting a seven-over-par 79.
The Singapore-based executive bested another banner field even as Edward Bacorro of Magsaysay Shipping Lines fired a System 36 net 70 for the low net title.
