FELIX Saludar topped the 13-14 boys category in the Junior Golf Foundation of the Philippines (JGFP)-organized Future Champions Golf-Callaway World Junior Golf Championship qualifier recently at the Eagle Ridge Golf and Country Club in Cavite.
The 13-year-old Saludar, son of veteran broadcaster Ely Saludar, closed with an 83 for a three-day total score of 257 to beat Gabriel See, who had a 266.

The two earned berths to the 15th edition of the FCG Callaway World Junior Golf Championship set July 17 to 19 at Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage in California.
Also making it to the FCG are Winter Serapio and Maurysse Abalos in the 7-8 girls, Lucas de Guzman and Harvey Hernandez in 7-8 boys, Rafella Batican and Chime Cuenca in 9-10 girls, Jared Saban and Vito Sarines in 9-10 boys, Wirada Tawinsang and Lisa Sarines in 11-12 girls, and Ralph Batican and Jacob Gomez in 11-12 boys.
Joining them in the FCG are Chonpasa Tawinsang and Rafa Anciano in 13-14 girls, Anna Kei Fernandez and Minghui Li in 15-18 girls, and Miko Granada and Zachary Castro in 15-18 boys.
