Que had six birdies and three bogeys, winding up tied with Yuta Ikeda, who had a final-round 70, and bagged ¥6,600,000 (around P2.9 million).
Juvic Pagunsan, the other Filipino in the field, finished at 6-under 282 after a 70 for a share of 41st spot.
The shotmaker from Bacolod had earlier rounds of 71-68-70 and bagged ¥496,615 (around P220,000).
Chan Kim topped the event after a closing 66 for a 270 total and claimed the ¥30,000,000 prize.
Jung-Gon Hwang was a stroke off alone in second at 271 after a 67, while Shuga Imahira was third at 273 after a 69.
