WHETHER YOU look at gaming videos from YouTube or TikTok, one game is beginning to make headlines due to the numerous memes, hilarious moments, and rage inducing shenanigans.
Enter 'Chained Together,' a game that brings back memories of that 2017 rage-oriented game in Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy.
Similar to Getting Over it, Chained Together encourages the player to reach the very top of a series of obstacles.
The difference? Living up to its name, Chained Together, would tie up players in a bundle, and you'll forever be latched with them.
So if one of your teammates is hanging on a cliff, chances are, they'll drag the rest of the team down especially if they don't communicate and solve the crisis, so expect a lot of friendships to tear down when this happens.
But don't worry if you fall for over a gazilion meters, there's 'no game' over message that will appear. Instead the team will have to start from scratch and try to grind their way to the top.
However the thrills do not only end there as the developers have introduced varying game modes to test your friendships.
If you want to keep your friendships intact, play the game on 'beginner' difficulty as there is a teleporter to keep your progress.
If you want the opposite, go for 'normal' or worse 'lava' mode, with the latter encouraging quick thinking as players will need to make a speedy climb otherwise the lava will engulf the team.
Overall the game has received positive reviews on Steam and it is currently in the weekly top sellers in Steam (Ranked 7th) as of June 28. The game is priced at P174.95 so be sure to check it out.
