BACK IN 2004, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater wowed gamers as the introduction of the Big Boss aka Naked Snake managed to captivate fans of the series.
It likewise managed to draw a lot of praises due to its narrative and sound design.
Now with the recent video game showcases, it was revealed that the PS2 classic will have a remake, now titled as Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater.
Like most remakes the graphical output has been enhanced as the main character, Naked Snake, has more detail on his facial features.
Of course the signature stealth gameplay of the series remains as players need to strategically outmaneuver their foes.
The big difference stem from the camera angle, with the OG featuring a fixed angle, while the remake offers a 3rd person perspective.
And there could be other gameplay enhancements, which was hinted by the developers.
This wasn't the first time that Snake Eater received an upgrade as back in 2011-2012, Konami published the Metal Gear Solid HD collection where the classic games of the past were given a graphical upgrade.
And going back to Delta Snake Eater, the remake will be available to play on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.
