PSG failed to capitalize on its chances as it settled for a scoreless draw with Nomads on Thursday night in the United Football League at the Emperador Stadium in Tagiug.
Despite controlling possession throughout the game, the Iranian-laden squad was unable to convert its attempts.
“We were dominant in the game, but unfortunately we weren’t able to finish,” PSG coach Esse Sedigh said.
Nomads remained in fourth place with 11 points in six matches, while PSG scored its first point in the league to move up to eighth spot.
Meanwhile, Sedigh clarified that Gerald Orcullo, who was arrested last week on drug-pushing allegations, was no longer part of PSG’s lineup in the League. The booter only played for PSG in the Philippine Football Federation Smart National Championships last month, he added.
