Brazil downed El Salvador, 5-0, in the other semifinal.
The final is set Sunday in Rio De Janeiro (Monday, Manila time).
The Philippines earlier blanked England, 6-0, with Agot of SOS Village in Davao scoring a hat trick while Angelica, Maylene, and Juvie Lynn also contributing a goal each in the quarterfinals.
Complete names of the players are not revealed due to child protection policies.
