Shu Sasaki then took over in the next seven minutes, firing in goals in the 23rd and 30th minute to bury the newcomers in their own home ground.
Global improved to 10 points in five matches while atoning in the AFC Cup and in the PFL after conceding late in 1-0 defeat to Ceres in Bacolod and a 3-2 defeat to Home United.
Ilocos dropped at the botton with a solitary point.
