Agustin confirmed the league’s appeals committee upheld the decision of the disciplinary committee, which acted on a complaint by Ceres-La Salle, Kaya, Stallion, and Pachanga-Diliman.

With Otomo playing in a some matches, Global went over the five-foreigner limit rule of the league.
