CERES Negros FC beat Global Makati, 8-0, in the Philippines Football League at the Philippine Football Federation (PFF) National Training Center in Cavite.
Bienvenido Maranon knocked in four goals as the Busmen took the lead in the league table with seven points.
Maranon scored in the 9th, 13th, 33rd, and 81st in a complete domination of Global. Mike Ott scored on a penalty kick in the 45th minute, while Mahir Karic also joined the scoring in the 85th.
Jeffrey Christiaens made the final goal of the match in the 87th.
Meanwhile, Green Archers United beat Mendiola, 5-1, to move to third place with six points, while Stallion Laguna FC claimed its first win, beating Philippine Air Force, 3-0.
