FEU eyes fifth straight win, top spot as it battles struggling Adamson in UAAP football

DEFENDING champion Far Eastern University eyes its fifth straight win and the top spot as it battles Adamson University on Thursday in the UAAP Season 78 men's football table at Moro Lorenzo Field.

Kickoff is at 4 p.m.

FEU has 17 points, just a point behind idle leader University of Sto. Tomas.

University of the Philippines tries to break free from a three-way tie in fourth place as it takes on winless University of the East at 2 p.m.

Aside from their superb attacking game led by rookie striker Rico Andes, coach Kim Chul Su's side has only conceded a goal in five matches.

Adamson University hopes to deliver a better effort after suffering 0-7 defeats to National University and Ateneo.

The Fighting Maroons are level with the Bulldogs and the Blue Eagles with 15 points.

Recent Azkals callup Daniel Gadia will lead the way for UP.

The Falcons have three points and the Red Warriors have one point.
