DE La Salle University spoiled the debut of McDaniel sisters Olivia and Chandler in the PFF Women’s League, beating Stallion Laguna FC, 4-0, on Saturday at the National Training Center in Carmona, Cavite.
Longtime Philippine team pool member Alisha Del Campo (25’, 89’) scored a brace for the three-time defending champion Lady Booters in the McDaniels' first game with Stallion following their campaign with the Filipinas in the Fifa Women’s World Cup.

Maria Lourdes Layacan (18’) and Angelica Teves (33’) also scored for the Lady Booters to occupy the second spot in the league table with 13 points after claiming their fourth win.
The McDaniel sisters are playing for a Stallion team that is occupying the bottom of the standings.
But Olivia, the player of the match during the Filipinas’ 1-0 win over New Zealand in the World Cup for her superb goalkeeping, noted the importance of playing in the domestic league in order to encourage more women players to take up football.
Hali Long and Inna Palacios are also expected to return to their mother club Kaya FC-Iloilo following the Fifa Women’s World Cup. Kaya plays Tuloy FC on Sunday in Carmona.
