KAYA FC-Iloilo lost to PSM Makaasar, 2-1, to suffer its first defeat in the 2019 AFC Cup on Wednesday at the Pana-ad Stadium in Bacolod City.
Kaya conceded goals early from Rizki Pellu in the 21st minute and Eero Markkanen in the 24th as the Indonesian side took the lead in Group H with eight points after winning their second match.
Jovin Bedic scored in the 91st minute but it was not enough as Kaya dropped to second place with five points after dropping their first match after a win and two draws in their group stage campaign.
Kaya will next face Lao Toyota FC on April 30 at the Pana-ad Stadium in Bacolod City.
