FILIPINAS top striker Sarina Bolden has finally signed with a club team in the Newcastle Jets in the Liberty A-League in Australia.
The club announced the signing before a game against Canberra on Sunday, where she made an immediate impact, scoring a goal in the 5th and 61st minute on their way to a 4-3 win.

Bolden made Philippine football history when she scored a goal against New Zealand in the Filipinas’ first win in their debut campaign in the Fifa Women’s World Cup last July.
New home for Bolden
Since then, however, Bolden hasn’t signed for any club team since leaving Western Sydney Wanderers in the Australia women’s league.
During that period, Bolden played for the Filipinas in the Asian Games and the AFC Women’s Olympic Qualifying Tournament.
Newcastle Jets are currently in 10th place in the league table.
