    NEW Zealand overcame an early lead by the Philippines, scoring twice in the second half in a friendly on Tuesday at the Titan Stadium in Fullerton, California (Wednesday, Manila time).

    Sarina Bolden struck in added time during the first half on an assist by Sara Eggesvik.

    But 22nd-ranked New Zealand showed its pedigree, drawing a foul on Dominique Randle inside the box, leading to a penalty kick by Meikayla Moore in the 67th minute.
