NEW Clark City will once again host the Philippine men’s football team in AFC Asian Cup 2027 Qualifiers when it plays Tajikistan on June 10.
The national squad formally announced the venue of the match where the Philippines eyes its second win of the third and final round of the qualifiers against Tajikistan, one of the squads that the Philippines must beat to improve its chances of advancing to the actual AFC Asian Cup 2027 tournament.

Tajikistan is ranked No. 104 in the world, the highest in Group A that also includes Timor-Leste and Maldives. It defeated Timor-Leste, 1-0, last March 25.
PMNT returns to New Clark City after defeating Maldives, 4-1, last March 25 to start the Asian Cup qualifiers.

The team will once again play on natural grass of the New Clark City Athletics Stadium, with head coach Albert Capellas glad to have played on the surface.
For the Maldives match, the team moved to NCC with the Rizal Memorial Stadium rehabilitating its artificial turf.
