THE logo of the FIFA Futsal Women’s World Cup Philippines 2025 was revealed on Tuesday at the Manila House in Makati City.
The emblem, as well as the official slogan ‘Master The Speed,’ was unveiled to start the countdown for the first-ever staging of the competition to be held from November 21 to December 7.
The logo contains a Filipino flavor with futsal’s key elements alongside references to local street art motifs, vinta boats from Zamboaga, the gabbang musical instrument, and patterns of Filipino dish binakol.
“With the launch of this brand, the countdown begins to a landmark event that will further accelerate the rapid growth of women’s football, both in the region and globally,” said FIFA chief women’s football officer Dame Sarai Bareman.
At the moment, only host Philippines and New Zealand have booked a place in the tournament that will see 16 teams competing.

Four more European teams will be determined by the end of this week, while three nations from South America will be known at the end of March.
There will be three more teams from Asia, two from Africa, and two from the North America, Central America, and Caribbean region will take part as well.
“It is incredible to see how women’s futsal has grown over the past couple of decades, culminating in the launch of the FIFA Futsal Women’s World Cup in the heart of Southeast Asia this year. For this inaugural edition, the number of teams involved in qualifying amounted to no fewer than 70,” said FIFA director of tournaments Jaime Yarza.
“With just over eight months to go, excitement is building ahead of what promises to be an enthralling competition in a destination that is renowned for its beauty and culture – and this has been vividly depicted in the stunning tournament emblem,” Yarza added.
