The Philippines will next face Cambodia on Wednesday to continue its bid to clinch the sole slot for Group G in the AFC Women’s Asian Cup 2026 to be held in Australia.
A Saudi miscue at the back led to Serrano collecting the loose ball and passing it to Sawicki for the goal inside the penalty box in the 16th minute.

Serrano was on the receiving end of a short header by Chandler McDaniel in the 55th to make it 2-0 for the Filipinas.
Pino scored an impressive goal with a left-booted shot into the top left corner of the net in the 80th.
