THE first phase of the Asian Football Confederation Challenge Cup is set next month, and fans get a chance to see international football action live at the Rizal Memorial Stadium for a slightly lower cost.
Tickets to the Group E qualifiers are now available, with the prices less expensive than those sold in the first leg of the Asean Football Federation Suzuki Cup semifinals at the same venue last December.
In the information released through the Ticketworld website on Monday, ticket prices range from P100 to P2,500, compared to the Suzuki Cup semifinals where tickets were sold for as much as P3,000.
Prices vary in each of the three days of the qualifying tournament for next year’s main competition which stakes a single berth to the prestigious Asian Cup in 2015.
Tickets prices for the first day of the tournament on March 22, featuring Cambodia against Turkmenistan and host Philippines opposite Brunei, are P1,500 (central lower grandstand), P1,000 (upper grandstand), P500 (white bleachers), and P100 (blue and green bleachers).
In the second day pitting Brunei and Turkmenistan, and the Azkals and Cambodia on March 24, prices are P2,000, P1,000, P500, and P100.
The last day of hostilities (Cambodia vs. Brunei and the expected main event between the Azkals and Turkmenistan) have tickets priced at P2,500, P1,000, P500, and P100.
Three-day packages are also available at P4,000, P2,000, P1,000, and P200.
