MIKE Ott scored a late goal to lift Ceres Negros FC to a 3-2 away win over Persija Jakarta on Tuesday in the AFC Cup at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta.
Ott converted the marginal goal in the 92nd minute as the Busmen kept their unbeaten slate after four matches to take the top spot in Group G with 12 points.
Ceres was trailing 2-0 after goals by Sandi Sute in the 49th and Sandi Sute in the 57th, but scored the final three goals of the match.
Kevin Ingreso opened scoring for the Busmen with a goal in the 70th, before Bienvenido Maranon scored the equalizer in the 85th.
Stephan Schrock set up the winning goal with a cross with Ott finishing inside the box for the winning goal.
Persija Jakarta failed to salvage a point as it stayed in third place in Group G with four points.
Ceres resumes its campaign in the AFC Cup on May 1 with a match against Shan United FC in Yangon.
The match was supposed to be held behind closed doors but later on allowed spectators to enter the 80,000-seater Gelora Bung Karno Stadium.
