UNIVERSITY of the East swept all four UAAP Season 76 fencing events in the tournament held over the weekend at the Blue Eagle Gym.
The Red Warriors stamped their class, ruling the men’s, women’s, boys, and girls division for the second straight season.
Michael Nicanor, Jamie Nicanor, Christian Jhester Concepcion, and Divine Romero won the Most Valuable Player in the men’s, women’s, boys, and girls division respectively.
UE’s Queen Denise Dalmacio was named the Rookie of the Year in the girls event.
