The partnership between these two prominent esports organizations would raise question marks as to why it happened. Is this due to the Esports World Cup?

Joining forces
Regarding the alliance of these two org, Jab Escutin, one of the managers of AP.Bren has this to say to the press.
"It’s basically a partnership to strengthen our MLBB Team’s push for this year's Major Tournaments. Not only in the Esports World Cup (EWC) but for all upcoming major tournaments and initiatives."
He further added: "It definitely shows that the world is already understanding the talent and skills our Filipino athletes have in Esports. This partnership goes beyond EWC as we plan to execute different initiatives through this partnership."
And given the knowledge that these two esports orgs have with regards to their respective scenes, both teams could benefit from each other. Team Falcons' involvement in the Esports World Cup as part of the Club Support Program, could yield to more opportunities for the Beehive.
"It’s always nice to get support from a major esports team like Team Falcons. Their support will further enchance our team’s development and provide us a different perspective of how esports teams are run in a different Region."
"Our teams will provide support through the various initiatives we have planned in the upcoming months," Escutin reflected.

MLBB only?
Eventually it was revealed that Team Falcons was the one who initiated the deal as they were the ones who approached AP.Bren.
Discussions were already made between the two orgs, making sure that both are at the same page.
"I just made sure that we are aligned in values and goals as an esports team. Also, that this will be mutually beneficial to both our teams and the communities we serve."
And when talking about the potential plans, Escutin hinted that this alliance could lead to more ventures, outside of Mobile Legends.
"So far MLBB is the focus because of EWC. Pero we can discuss other initiatives after EWC," said the Bren manager.
