Well it turns out that the possibilities for this milestone are drawing closer.
Unrecord, an upcoming FPS game that narrates the story of a police officer has revealed a footage of their gameplay. The graphics are so good that it closely looks similar to real life. Indie game studio, Drama, is responsible for developing the game.
The game looks so real that some were skeptical of its status as a game as it looked like a recorded video in real life. This led to the developers showing footages of what happens from behind the scenes.
There are even videos from real life police officers who praise the game's realism.
Currently the game is in high demand in the Steam wishlist, garnering over 600,000.
Given the overall look of the game, imagine the numerous possibilities that could happen. Will the developers start venturing into virtual reality (VR) to add to the game's overall suspense?
Is it also possible that other games would follow into this trend? Imagine a horror game that looks like that in real life under VR setting.
