The Cavalry found themselves pushed against the wall after falling 0-2 early to Team Falcons, but their presence of mind under pressure and trust was what made Head Coach Rodel “Arsy” Cruz the proudest.
Coach Arsy could not hide his emotions following the intense match as tears started to appear during the broadcast.
Sobrang sarap sa feeling,” Coach Arsy said during the broadcast interview with Hans and Odin.
Tough times reveal true character, and Coach Arsy was the morale booster Team Liquid PH relied on when it mattered most.
“Wag silang mawawalan ng tiwala sa sarili, enjoy-in lang namin, tapos wag manggigigil, disiplina lang, ibalik lang namin kung ano talaga yung laro namin,” he added.

Sanji, Oheb rallied the troops
Team Liquid PH started to shift the momentum in game three, and it turned out that it was Alston “Sanji” Pabico’s manifestation that had been spoken into reality.
The Filipino Sniper, Kiel “Oheb” Soriano, also stepped up to lift the spirit of Team Liquid PH, sharing motivation drawn from his history of resiliency and battling adversities.
Sobrang thankful lang ako na nanaig yung mental fortitude namin as a team,” Oheb said.
Team Liquid PH can take pride in this moment, but the mission is not yet finished as they prepare to face ONIC Philippines in the upper bracket finals this Friday.
A victory over ONIC pushes them one step closer to the Grand Finals, securing a ticket to the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Mid-Season Cup 2025 (MSC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
