HONOR OF KINGS is beginning to show a strong level of momentum in Philippine esports courtesy of their moves.
Among them is the arrival of their latest talent who once lit up the MPL PH scene with the iconic, 'Casters, pasok!' phrase.
Yes that's right! Mara Aquino will take her talents to Honor of Kings Philippines. The official HOK Esports page in the Philippines posted a video, signalling her arrival.
"It would be my honor," said Aquino in the video.
Prior to her arrival in Honor of Kings esports, Aquino was the star attraction in the MLBB esports scene. She started her journey back in MPL PH Season 7, then erupted into the World Championship stage. She even showcased her talents to the Philippine Basketball Association and even the Tokyo Olympics.
She will commence her new journey as she hosts the inaugural season of Philippine Kings League (PKL), the latest professional HOK esports scene in the country. Teams namely Blacklist International, Elevate, Team Flash PH, BOOM Esports, and TNT Tropang Alab will showcase their talents to be crowned as the Honor of Kings champion.
PKL will serve as a bridge for PH teams to compete in the 2025 Esports World Cup. The inaugural season commences on the 11th of April, with matches happening on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
