THE ADOBO GANG is back as Team Secret has officially announced its final roster for the upcoming VCT Pacific campaign.
Primary mainstays Jessie "JessieVash" Cristy Cuyco, Jayvee "DubsteP" Paguirigan, Jim "BORKUM" Timbreza, and Jeremy "Jremy" Cabrera will still remain, but they'll be supplemented by the new additions.
Two new players come to the fold with former Oasis Gaming player, Adrian "invy" Reyes, and Singaporean Lionel Lim "lenne" You Xiang. They'll be replacing Kevin "Dispenser" Te and Riley "witz" Go.
The current iteration of Team Secret will be mentored by Evan "Warbirds" Olzem. Prior to his arrival, Olzem was coaching Renegades' VALORANT team, while Secret was under the helm of Coaches Gilbert "Gibo" Sales Jr. and Chong Hoc "Fayde" Wah.
Welcome a re-energized Team Secret VALORANT roster
With Secret making two major changes, the team is hoping to replicate their performances back in the World Championships back in 2021 when they finished 5th-8th.
Afterwards, the team experienced a freefall with a disappointing 5th-6th place finish in the VCT 2022: Philippine Stage 1 Challengers and a 4th place finish in the VCT 2022: APAC Last Chance Qualifier.
And now that the scene is shifting to a franchise system, they'll be pitted against other SEA rivals like Paper Rex and RRQ and renowned organizations like Gen.G and T1. Team Secret needs to make sure that they play the correct cards.
