However, Kiel “Oheb” Soriano showcased his instincts by landing a perfectly timed Spear of Destruction with Moskov to steal the Lord at the 9-minute mark, giving Team Liquid just enough breathing room.
Meanwhile, Karl “KarlTzy” Nepomuceno, on his signature Lancelot, pierced through ONIC ID’s backline for a double kill and secured a wipeout that tied the series for Team Liquid PH at 1-1.
KarlTzy then led the Cavalry’s charge in the deciding game, finishing with an impressive 6-2-3 KDA.
The Cavalry came out swinging in Game 3, not conceding any deaths until the 8-minute mark against ONIC ID.
Team Liquid PH wasted no time to end the series in style, rampaging through ONIC ID in the final base turret siege.
Oheb’s stellar marksmanship on Wanwan was on full display with a flawless 4-0-4 KDA.
As Team Liquid PH secures a spot in the MSC Knockout Stage, ONIC ID must claw their way through the Group Stage’s lower bracket semifinals to stay in contention.
