By shooting down the Falcons, TLPH rolled out the red carpet for rookie gold laner Dave “Teddy” Viaña in the best way possible, with Sanford "Sanford" Vinuya's signature, but rarely picked, Benedetta securing the series for them.
In other games, it may have taken time, but Smart Omega finally entered the win column after sweeping TNC Pro Team, powered by the rookie captain Carl “Minguin” Gallantes.
Meanwhile, Aurora Gaming closed out the thrilling triple-header Saturday with a 2-0 sweep over Twisted Minds.
