THE PHILIPPINE DREAM officially ends as Sibol suffers from a shocking exit in the 2025 IESF Southeast Asia Qualifier for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. This marks the first time that the Philippines fails to proceed to the main stage of the MLBB IESF men's event.

In the semifinals, the Philippines faced Cambodia in which the national team suffered from a 0-2 defeat.

Sibol's 2025 IESF roster consists of members from Team Falcons PH namely Rowgien "Owgwen" Unigo, Marco "Super Marco" Requitiano, Angelo "Pheww" Arcangel, Michael "KyleTzy" Sayson, and David "FlapTzy" Canon.

Coach Robert "Trebor" Sanchez and former 6th man Vincent "Pandora" Unigo have committed to serve as the team's coaches.

On the bench, Sanford "Sanford" Vinuya and Duane "Kelra" Pillas were listed in the lineup however they weren't able to play in the semis due to their commitments to their respective clubs in MPL PH Season 16.

Cambodia thwarts Sibol's IESF dreams

Cambodia went all out in Game 1, going aggressive over their Filipino counterparts. Both FlapTzy and Super Marco struggled to deal with the immense pressure from their rivals as they weren't able to find any momentum in this game.

The following game saw the same outcome as Cambodia steamrolled past the Filipinos with a 8-17 scoreline, finishing the game within 13 minutes. KyleTzy struggled to find an opening in this matchup, suffering a 1/4/4 KDA with his xBorg.

While Sibol's IESF journey ends, they can still redeem themselves in the upcoming Southeast Asian Games which will take place in Thailand from December 9-20, 2025.

For their SEA Games bid, Sibol's MLBB squad will feature members from Team Liquid PH's MSC champions squad, which includes Jaypee "Jaypee" Dela Cruz, Sanford, Kiel "Oheb" Soriano, Karl "KarlTzy" Nepomuceno, and Alston "Sanji" Pabico, alongside Twisted Minds' John Carlo "Caloy" Roma.

Coach Rodel "Arsy" Cruz will be coaching the squad.
