THE DEFENDING M4 World and MPL Champs are on a quest for redemption after finishing 3rd in their MSC 2023 tournament and the squad's roster remained intact for the upcoming 12th season.
ECHO's title winning core of Tristan "Yawi" Cabrera, Karl Gabriel "Karltzy" Nepomuceno, Benedict “Benny” Gonzales, Sanford “Sanford” Vinuya, and Alston “Sanji” Pabico will gun for back-to-back MPL trophies as well as an M5 World Championship birth.
And in case the team is in need of reinforcements, the team is blessed with the services of Jaypee "Jaypee" Dela Cruz, who has been a reliable secondary option especially during their M4 run when Yawi was unavailable.
Afterwards he was sent to the MDL roster to nurture the 2nd unit.
ECHO's MDL roster revealed
Now that Jaypee is in the main roster, he will be replaced by Santi "Santi Sucre" Noble in ECHO's MDL roster. He alongside JanKurt Russel “Kurttzy” Matira will serve as the backbone support of the team.
ECHO's MDL squad also features two goldlaners namely Aaren Maximos “Sindel” Palomo, Jhonville “Outplayed” Villar, jungler Justine “Zaida” Palma, and EXP lane James “Jeymz” Gloria. Sindel once played for Z4 Esports and BSB.
Meanwhile both squads also revealed their departees. Despite Coach Limuelle "Elle" Galera efforts in bringing ECHO's MDL roster a championship, it was announced that he will no longer continue his journey with the Orcas.
Even the reserve players from both squads namely Jian and Seichu have also left.
And now with the upcoming Season 12 underway, ECHO is hoping that they could once again assert their dominance. With both MDL and MPL squads crowned as champions and with both of them competing against each other to prove their prowess, perhaps we could see the Orcas swim past the competition and unleash the inner apex predator in them.
