NIKE is going all-in in this year’s partnership with League of Legends’ World Championship. That includes rolling out a special edition Jordan 1 High Zoom Air CMFT, inspired by the ornate Summoner’s Cup that is awarded to the winner of the Worlds.
This special AJ1 has a reflective surface that, according to press materials, changes colors depending on the light conditions. Plus, it has a nod to the Summoner’s Rift map on the right tongue.
Nike is also rolling out an entire Good Game range that spans an entire lineup of shoes: the Air Max 90, Blazer Mid 77, Air Force 1 Low, Air Force 1 Hi, Air Max 270 React, Air Max 2X and Joyride Dual Run 2. Check out the lineup in the pic below:
But that's not all. The Swoosh will be releasing a line of apparel for the Worlds, and decking out the teams representing China at the World Championship: Top Esports, JD Gaming, Suning, and LGD. These teams will also be donning special ‘Conquest’ jackets when they appear at the Worlds.
Riot Games, developer of League of Legends, said last month that it will hold the World Championship 2020 in Shanghai from September 25 to October 31. The finals will be held in Pudong Soccer Stadium.
