NAVI PH and Team Liquid have qualified for the knockout stage on Day 2 of the MLBB Women’s Invitationals (MWI) at the Esports World Cup (EWC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
NAVI MY rampaged through in the first game of the series, finding cracks in the armor of Team Liquid and grabbing the momentum on their side.
However, Team Liquid refused to go down without a fight and quickly adjusted in the second game to tie the series at 1-1.
Ramicii on Hayabusa led the Cavalry’s charge with an impressive 6-0-6 KDA.
In game three, Team Liquid pulled off a lopsided 16-2 kill score against NAVI MY and completed the reverse sweep.
Ramicii on Yi Sun Shin stole the spotlight once again with a flawless 7-0-4 KDA.
NAVI WINS!
The reigning queens NAVI PH also punched their ticket to the MWI knockout stage after outclassing Myanmar’s Terror Queens with a 2-1 victory.
But Terror Queens refused to fold and bounced back in game 2, pushing NAVI PH into a defensive stance and tied the series at 1-1.
When the stakes were high, NAVI PH showed composure and tactical discipline to close out the series against the gritty Terror Queens.
