ONE OF THE BIGGEST esports orgs in the world, Natus Vincere aka NAVI has acquired the pride of the Philippines in the Tekken esports scene, Alexandre "AK" Laverez.
The team made their official announcement on their page.
In a YouTube video, AK described his arrival to NAVI as the 2nd happiest day of his life, while his 1st will always be his recent Combo Breaker championship run.
AK even posted a new cover photo on his Facebook page.
As of June 13, 2024, AK is ranked sixth in the Tekken World Tour 2024 rankings and recently he secured a slot in the Esports World Cup 2024 after placing 5th-6th in DreamHack Dallas.
His Combo Breaker victory last May is one of his major accolades as he finally ended his major international trophy drought in his career.
With the backing of NAVI, the Shaheen main is hoping to receive a major boost in the upcoming tournaments.
He isn't the only Tekken player in the squad as the org likewise has South Korean player, Kim "Kkokkoma" Moo-jong, in the roster.
