"SANA OS!"
This could be the initial reaction of Filipino esports and gaming organizations upon looking at NAOS' upcoming esports arena project, which is projected to be finished on the fourth quarter of 2022.
The renowned VALORANT organization in the Philippines even posted a sneak peak of the overall appearance on their social media pages.
NAOS Arena is a potential haven for esports enthusiasts
Based on the preview, the venue will host state-of-the-art gaming facilities, an esports viewing lounge, restaurant and bar area, a computer shop, a training area, and their signature arena, similar to TNC's High Grounds Cafe in Sct. Rallos.
However, if the High Grounds has both the computer shop and arena combined, NAOS' arena has more of an auditorium feel, which would potentially open the doors for esports organizers to host events.
But that wasn't the only highlight that was revealed on social media as there were glimpses of their VIP training areas for aspiring pro players and teams.
Given the nature of these rooms, teams wouldn't need to worry about the idea of holding scrimmages and practice sessions in computer shops, where they might be encounter unwanted noise and other distractions.
So far based on the preview, the arena would only feature PC gaming. Will they consider tapping into mobile gaming?
Reactions to NAOS arena
The response from the community was positive. NAOS' content creators JanelleyAce and DePulse, naturally, expressed their excitement about the project.
Even Dani "Overdrive" Rogacion, the owner and founder of Overdrive Studios, is optimistic.
