In a time where a crisis loomed, she was simply full of 'good vibes.'
But after spending four years, which saw her rise to the world stage, her time has finally reached its end. Mara wrote an emotional post that rocked the MLBB esports community.
"Why did she leave?" asked the community.
During a radio show with DJ Mo Twister, Mara revealed why she decided to say goodbye to the scene that elevated her career.
"For me, it's just time to part ways, and I would like to think that I am more than just MPL," started former MPL host, Mara. "And that is not my only identity, and that's not the only thing I can do, and I could recreate myself. I'll just move on and try new things."
She looked back at all the fond memories she had, and she even made a video journal to serve as a reflection of her MLBB career, and eventually she said, "It is done."

'I hope they won't forget me'
With her time as an MPL host over, Mara wondered if she'd ever experience such highs again.
"I guess my biggest insecurity then was wondering when I'd ever feel that way again," she said. "How often does it happen, with all the talent in the world, that you're number one at something?"
She elaborated: "Having your name attached to a league like that... I don't know when I'll achieve something like that again. So, in a way, it doesn't make sense to leave."
Seeing how far she'd come, Mara suddenly flashed back to her early days in the scene.
"I hope they won't forget me," Mara thought when she joined MLBB.
Suddenly, the former MPL host was in tears.

Living the moment
Mara had many memorable moments as an MPL host, and the MLBB developers even considered creating a hero in her likeness.
Mara doubts it will happen, but who knows? MOONTON might have a change of heart given her legacy.
"I met the developers at a party," she recounted. "They saw me on stage and said they'd make me a character, asking, 'What power are you going to have? We think it should be fire.' I don't think it's going to happen anymore, though."
Reflecting on these cherished moments, Mara shared an important lesson: Everything in life comes to an end, so it's best to make the most of it.
"When it's good you have to enjoy it because nothing is forever. Literally nothing is forever, things will pass. Sometimes you're up, sometimes you're down, bilog ang mundo," she said.
"Good thing I don't regret anything because I did the things that I did, love the people that I worked with and I just hoped that they'll remember me."
