From January 3 to 25, Jakarta will turn into the beating heart of MLBB with a month-long festival of passion, grit, and glory.
It all begins with the Wild Card Stage at the XO Hall MPL Arena, where hungry challengers from emerging regions battle for a coveted ticket to the main event.
The competition then intensifies in the Swiss Stage before reaching its peak in the Knockout Stage and Grand Finals at the iconic Tennis Indoor Stadium Senayan—the same historic venue that hosted the unforgettable M4 World Championship in 2022.
Wild Card (Jan 3–6)
Swiss Stage (Jan 10–17)
Knockout Stage & Grand Finals (Jan 18–25)
Tournament Format
In the Wild Card phase, eight teams will be split into Groups A and B, where only the top two from each will advance to Phase 2.
The second phase of the Wild Card will see four teams play in two best-of-five series—with the winners advancing to the Swiss Stage and the losers being eliminated.
A total of 16 teams will play in the Swiss Stage, but only 8 will advance to the Knockouts.
Swiss Stage Rounds 1 to 3 will feature best-of-one matches, testing each team’s adaptability as they face different opponents each round.
Rounds 4 and 5 will shift to best-of-three matches, giving teams a final chance to fight for their M7 dreams.
The magic number in the Swiss Stage is three—the eight teams that reach three wins will move on to the Knockouts, while those who suffer three losses will be eliminated.
The top eight teams will advance to the Knockout Stage, which starts with best-of-three showdowns before transitioning into a best-of-five series. The Grand Finals will be a best-of-seven clash for the ultimate world title.
Filipino Pride: Team Liquid PH and Aurora Carry Flag
The Philippines — the dominant force in professional Mobile Legends history — will be represented by Team Liquid Philippines and Aurora Gaming, both fresh off fiery campaigns in MPL Philippines Season 16.
For Team Liquid PH, this is another shot at solidifying their dynasty and completing the coveted Golden Road after clinching another MPL crown.

Meanwhile, Aurora Gaming returns to the global stage with redemption in mind—eager to prove they belong among the world’s best after falling short in the Season 16 Grand Finals and bowing out early in M6’s Swiss Stage.
Both teams carry more than just their organization’s legacy—they bear the pride of a nation that lives and breathes Mobile Legends.
For Filipino fans, M7 isn’t merely about trophies or titles; it’s about pride, identity, and showing once again why the Philippines is the true home of champions.
Jakarta Awaits the World
As M7 draws near, the buzz around Jakarta grows louder by the day. With a million-dollar prize pool, two proud Filipino representatives, and weeks of non-stop MLBB action, this tournament is shaping up to be one for the history books.
But beyond the competition, M7 is a celebration of how far Mobile Legends has come and how deeply it connects millions of fans across the world.
