UPON ITS release a few months ago, Farlight 84 is slowly making its mark in the Philippine esports and gaming landscape.
The battle royale game is being played by popular content creators, streamers, and icons in the gaming scene such as MPL shoutcaster Karl "Rockhart" To, MPL Hall of Legend inductee Setsuna "Akosi Dogie" Ignacio, and Pinoy weeb enthusiast Gian Lois "Gloco" Concepcion.
It also hosted an esports event known as the All-Capsuler Cup.
Given its rising status, should we dig deep into the game? Let's take a deeper look at its features.

Farlight 84 is a well-rounded battle royale game
Farlight 84 offers a refreshing way of playing the genre given its simpler controls and mechanics. Unlike its rivals, the game isn't super reliant on extreme movements nor does it require players to be an architect and construct buildings while in combat.
With an improved jetpack mechanic and graphics reminiscent of Fortnite, the game is a warm welcome to all kinds of players.
One of the biggest concerns when playing battle royale games stem from the campers hiding around, but Farlight removes that advantage since the game requires you to level up during a match, which can be accomplished through securing kills and crate loots.
Failure to do so will lead to an endgame where a low-level player will struggle against high-tier rivals.
But besides the overall gameplay, Farlight 84 offers a plethora of ways for players to enjoy the game with its colorful cast of characters. Each character has their distinct personalities that are worth exploring.
And of course there are other features that are worth exploring. For those who wish to try the game, it is available to play on Android, iPhone, and PC.
