THE PAST couple of weeks have seen Michael “MobaZane” Cosgun openly express his frustrations with the North American Mobile Legends scene, especially in his live stream session last Monday.
When someone asked him why NA is considered to be a “trash region,” he responded by saying, “It's just not a great server. People are quitting too! It’s like half the good high rank people quit in like a month.”
To a comment saying that people in the NA scene prefer PC gaming, the M3 standout agreed.
“People in NA generally play PC, can’t help it, they’re less interested in ML. It's a sad truth, that’s why I want to get out of this country!”
MobaZane reveals his intentions of going to the Philippines
Given his frustrations with the scene, Zane hinted his plans of taking a leap of faith of moving to the Philippines, alongside Ian “FwydChickn” Hohl.
“ML is getting pretty boring in North America. Me and Chickn are gonna move to Asia, I think. I’m honestly very glad about that,” he reflected. “I’m glad I’m not the only BTK member who’s not interested in moving there to go all alone.”
He added: “Me and Chickn are going to the Philippines. We can’t go to Indo(nesia) right now so we’re just going to the Philippines, anyway. At this point anywhere is better than NA.
As for when? Zane specifically said March 19.
“3rd place f***ing team running from their own country. Yeah we’re going to the Philippines. I think on the 12th…no not the 12th, the 19th. March 19.”
He even mentioned that Victor will also be tagging a long as well and the team will be playing alongside content creators and other pro players.
“I think it’s me, Chickn, CARTI (Victor) all going. I guess we’re just gonna be playing with a good amount of content creators, maybe some pro players. The thing is, the MPL will be going on so maybe we can’t get matches with pro players. We’ll have to see”
As for BTK’s Filipino player ZIA? Zane admitted that he wasn’t interested in joining the team.
“No ZIA? Oh…I don’t think he wants to come actually.”
