FNATIC ONIC Philippines continued their undefeated run at the M6 World Championship Swiss Stage with a 2-0 score after securing a decisive victory over CFU Gaming at the IOI Grand Exhibition & Convention Center in Malaysia on Friday.

The Hedgehogs came out blazing in the early game, with Cyric "K1NGKONG" Perez on Soyou securing a double kill in under two minutes.

CFU Gaming trimmed down the gold lead after a successful Diversion play that caught Fnatic ONIC off guard during the 6-minute skirmish at the bottom lane.

Nhem "Detective" Chandavan on Alpha pulled off a lord objective steal in the 13-minute contention, yet Fnatic ONIC wasted no time dissolving it.

CFU once again attempted to ambush Fnatic ONIC near the middle lane bush during the 14-minute mark, but K1NGKONG and Frince "Super Frince" Ramirez on Cecilion both retaliated with a double kill score, resulting in a clean wipeout.

As the last men standing, K1NGKONG and Super Frince charged directly into CFU's base to secure the victory.

Coach Ynot left with high praises on Cambodian MLBB scene

Fnatic’s head coach Tony “Ynot” Senedrin took honor in dueling one of Cambodia's pride and recognized the region’s promising performance in the world stage.

“They’ve been competitive ever since to be honest. With the addition of the Filipino local players there, I do believe that they adapted, or learned, how the Filipinos think, how the Filipinos play. But let’s not disregard how they are, as players, the Cambodians. We have the privilege of having matches with them, not just with CFU, but the other powerhouses in Cambodia,” coach Tony said.

Only two days into the M6 Swiss Stage, many unpredictable circumstances have happened, but for this is something worth savoring for coach Ynot.

“It’s quite good and I’m quite happy that competition globally is becoming tougher and tougher. M6 has been a big surprise and it’s been very good for the game in my opinion, as we suffer the past few days. No one’s really has a sure win,” he added.

Fnatic ONIC now stands with a 2-0 score in the M6 Swiss Stage, inching closer to qualifying for the Knockout Stage.

Their next opponent in the next round of the M6 Swiss Stage is yet to be determined.

UPDATE: Fnatic Onic PH will face North America's BTK in the next round of the M6 Swiss Stage.
