WHEN HE FIRST arrived to Bren Esports back in Season 5, Coach Francis "Ducky" Glindro introduced a new flavor in the MLBB esports scene.

His ability to psychological destabalize his foes as seen from his spicy comments on Nexplay back in Season 6, or the numerous instances where he trolled various individuals in the MLBB scene are antics that made him different from his coaching rivals.

And while he is renowned for his social media presence, Coach Ducky has also introduced varied methods to enhance the performances of his players such as his workout or exercise regimen, or his emphasis on 'rest.'

But now it seems the Bren will sorely miss his presence as he announced on his social media page that he has departed the team.

Thank you Coach Ducky

"Today marks my last day with AP.BREN."

"I could write an entire book to show how much this organization mean to me but this is not going to be pages. Maybe on a different day."

It wasn't an easy decision as Ducky has been part of the foundation that has generated the team's renaissance. With him at the helm, Bren Esports secured the M2 World Championship. Then when the team transitioned as AP.Bren, the Beehive secured the World Championship in Philippine soil back in M5.

They even bannered the Philippines to secure gold medals in international tournaments.

"I've thought about this for quite a while and this decision did not come easy. I have seen this organization rise and fall and rise again in a span of half a decade. The formulative years geared me towards success. The painful years made me resilient. Beholden, in the moments of happiness."

But the success that Ducky has accumulated wouldn't be possible without the people who have supported him. Throughout his career, Coach Ducky had world class players like Karl "KarlTzy" Nepomuceno, Angelo "Pheww" Arcangel, and David Charles "FlapTzy" Canon.

In addition he had a solid backend staff and a community who have been with him through the highs and lows.

"I would like to highlight that my career and successes have largely been a result of the people supporting me. Yes, including you. So thank you for being part of whatever this is."

It is unknown where Coach Ducky might end up, and there have been reports from SPIN.ph sources that he could end up as an esports head.

However on his post, he said: "LFT," hinting that he hasn't yet found a team.
