    BARANGAY OMEGA, MAG-INGAY!

Fans who have been eager to see Omega with a breath of fresh air have their prayers answered as the team announced their roster for the upcoming 12th season.

With their support duo struggling to make their mark last season, it was time for the veterans to return, enter Joshua "Ch4knu" Mangilog and Patrick James "E2MAX" Caidic.

Last season, Ch4knu was on a hiatus while E2MAX applied his expertise and coached the squad. They last played together in Season 10.

While the return of these two vets would bring smiles to Omega fans, their new additions could also lighten up the scene.

    Ribo is back, Kelra jungler?

Carlito "Ribo" Ribo Jr., one of the greats in the MLBB scene will now make his return. After resting in Season 9 and grinding his way in the amateur and MDL scenes, The Doctor is officially back in business, with a lot to prove this season.

Meanwhile, some new additions could boost the squad for the upcoming season. Jomari "Jowm" Pingol will now be a part of the club after spending a season overseas with Team Lunatix in MPL Malaysia.

With his arrival, Duane "Kelra" Pillas, who remained with the team might have a shift in his role. In the preseason, Kelra was seen playing the jungler role which could be a main feature in Season 12.

Then there's Nowee "Ryota" Macasa who could be the EXP lane replacement for Renz Errol "Renzio" Cadua. Renzio will be taking his talents to Cambodia under Team Max.

In addition, the squad tapped into the potential of their TikTok project as 16-year-old Ezequiel "Spidey" Cauilan will be involved with the main roster. He recently won the 'Greatest Gamer' challenge.

He'll also be joined by fellow newcomer Andrew Lew "Andoryuuu" Flora.

As for the coaching staff? Ronel "Strongerft" Tan will take over Jomie "Pakbet" Abalos. Strongerft had a brief coaching stint in League of Legends: Wild Rift, making his arrival as a new challenge.

Surely the returnees and fresh faces could bring a sparkplug that was lacking from Omega since last season and hopefully the 'lason' flavor from the Barangay could once again emerge.
