AFTER SPENDING ONE whole season way from Blacklist due to educational commitments, the Codebreakers welcome the return of their jungler Kent Xavier "Kevier" Lopez.
To slowly bring him back to the scene, Kevier will be suiting up for Blacklist Academy, the team's MDL roster.
Kevier rose to the ranks when he was immediately shoehorned to join Blacklist's main roster back in Season 9 and while he did show some prowess, his first season was filled with a plethora of struggles.
Now with his return, he is hoping to bounce back and redeem himself. He could be paired with another MDL veteran and SEA Games gold medalist, Kyle Dominic "Dominic" Soto.
While he might be given a chance to fully unleash his prowess, he will have to compete against fellow jungler Ian Jakob "Rindo" Seguiran who was also revealed to remain with the MDL roster.
The Lunatix emerges
Meanwhile the other members like Russel Aaron "Eyon" Usi and Kiel "Oheb" Soriano are no longer with the Academy roster. Does this mean that they'll play for the MPL or were they released from the team?
But Kevier's return wasn't the only major announcement for the Codebreakers as the team forged an alliance with MLBB team Lunatix Philippines.
This means that Kevier, Rindo, and Dominic will play alongside Adrian “Vri X” Villorente, Eduard “larvs” Baylen, John David “JD” Osorio, Rhonald “Bullet” Bacolod, and Asi “Asi” Rodriguez.
With a fresh set of players for the MDL, what can we expect? According to Mark Jayson "ESON" Gerardo in an exclusive with Spin.ph, "Abangan niyo na lang!"
